Founder's Biography
Dr. Elena's passion for the alchemy of wellness began in her childhood in Latvia. At the age of six, she created her first “health potion” by combining nettle leaves with her mother’s lotions, resulting in a hair treatment that worked unexpectedly well. The spark was ignited, and by nine, she had already decided on a career in pharmacy.
Fast-forward to her years in London, where she earned a Master’s degree in Pharmacy and advanced her studies in Health Sciences and Skin Bioengineering at London South Bank University. She expanded her expertise to lifestyle medicine, gaining qualifications with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, menopause care, and the World Obesity Federation, while completing a PhD in Skin. Today, Dr. Elena applies her knowledge to lifestyle management, longevity strategies, and research in ageing, combining science with practical solutions for optimal health and wellbeing.
